Varichon & Clerc

Privilège Blanc de Blancs NV

Chardonnay blended with a small % of local grape varieties.  Produced by the same method traditional as the great sparkling wines of Champagne.  This remarkable value French sparkler combines a lively fruitiness with delicious, toasty, apple and pear flavors.

Serve with, Cheese: A real beautiful match with the Regal de Bourgogne, as well as other triple crème cheeses such as Pierre Robert and Brillat-Savarin.  Other foods: A fine match for any of the classic Blanc de Blancs Champagne friendly foods, caviar, salted potato chips, blini and smoked salmon, etc.
