Soave Classico 2005

90% Garganega, 10% Trebbiano di Soave from hillside vineyards of the soave Classico subappellation in the heart of the Soave DOC.  The Soil here is clayey-basaltic and volcanic in origin which contributes body and complexity to this aromatic white.

Gambero Rosso-2 out of 3 glasses, “…big personality.  The floral aromas and elegant hints of apples and pears on the nose are followed by a creamy, tangy palate with a nice almondy finish.”
