Enkidu

Humbaba Sonoma County 2006

The first vintage of Humbaba, Enkidu’s Syrah(60%) and Petite Sirah(40%) blend.  Aromas and flavors of blueberries, black pepper and menthol herb.  The tannins are refined and long.  It is a very well balanced wine that fills the mouth with rich fruit and body.  The well-integrated oak and creamy texture help make this wine a hedonistic experience.
