Raw Milk


-Long aged raw sheep’s milk cheese from Mr. Fletchers’ own flock of East Friesland breed sheep grazing on their pastures near the Forest of Arden, England.  The palate is long and fruity with flavors of roasted hazelnuts and caramelized onions.  The wild vegetation the sheep feed on often shows up in the cheeses as hints of meadow flowers and spice.
